Here’s how our Exits & Cash Outs process works:
1. Share Transfer Platform
After a 2-year holding period, investors have the opportunity to sell their shares annually through our Share Transfer Platform. This feature allows you to:
- List Your Shares: Offer some or all of your shares for sale to other investors within the Cre8Assets community.
- Set Your Price: Determine a competitive price based on current market valuations.
- Manage Listings: Easily view, edit, or cancel your listings as needed.
Please note that while the Share Transfer Platform facilitates the listing of shares, the actual sale depends on demand from other investors.
2. Property Sale Vote
To optimize investment returns, we recommend a 5-year holding period. However, flexibility is key:
- Early Exit Opportunity: After 3 years, if a substantial offer is received for the property, all investors can participate in a vote to decide on the sale.
- Majority Decision: A simple majority vote will determine whether the property is sold ahead of the recommended holding period.
This democratic approach ensures that all investors have a say in significant decisions affecting their investments.
